NCC a.s. has long specialized in software development for companies offering financial leasing, operational leasing, and credit services. Its software covers the entire lifecycle, from customer care to lease contract management. The company’s strong position in this sector is evidenced by its clientele, which includes major players in the Slovak market. NCC’s flagship product is the proprietary LeasIt! information system, a comprehensive tool for managing leasing company operations.

By acquiring NCC a.s., Seyfor significantly strengthens its position in the Slovak market for leasing companies, gaining a dominant share. The expanded customer portfolio also opens new opportunities in other areas of business. Additionally, Seyfor’s team now includes experienced experts in software solutions for leasing companies. The integration of NCC into the Seyfor group will have broader benefits, strengthening its position in the Czech and other European markets. This acquisition is part of Seyfor's global ambition to become a leader in advanced digital platforms for businesses of all sizes.

“The acquisition of NCC further accelerates our expansion into new markets. The integration of both companies' expertise is a powerful tool to take our Enterprise & Public division to the next level. We are expanding our IT solutions portfolio for leasing companies, which previously focused on OneCore software and the Incadea.dms enterprise system developed by our partner company. With NCC, we are adding significant Slovak companies in the leasing and credit industry to our client base. Together, we will be able to develop innovative new products that meet all our customers’ needs,” said Martin Cígler, founder of Seyfor. Seyfor’s top clients in this sector now include UniCredit Leasing CZ & SK, Business Lease Group, and Slovenská spořitelna.

The transaction values NCC a.s. at several tens of millions of Czech crowns, and the company will continue to operate under its current name. Juraj Starzl, one of its founders, will remain CEO of NCC and will continue to contribute to the development of joint activities and products. “The merger with Seyfor, which delivers its software solutions globally, opens entirely new opportunities for us. We gain the support and resources of a strong European team of experts, enabling us to improve and expand our service and solution offerings. I believe this integration will allow us to further enhance the quality of our services and solutions and expand our product portfolio in the future,” added Juraj Starzl, founder of NCC a.s.
