Within a few years, KEESTRACK has grown from a local company to a market leader in the field of production of crushing and sorting machines with wide application in aggregate mining, construction and recycling of building materials. Already at the beginning of this journey, it was clear that a local solution would not be enough for the company, because even though it is a family business, the top management is international and the company has facilities in several countries - in Belgium, the Czech Republic, Italy, China and India. Looking ahead, all parts of the company should use a unified solution – the Infor LN information system.

Solution

The pilot project for the implementation of Infor LN took place at the company's main production plant in Šternberk, where the largest construction machines are manufactured. The Infor LN system was chosen for its internationally proven capabilities to manage company processes in the field of machinery and equipment manufacturing. The company's international working environment requires a user interface that communicates in a number of languages ​​and the availability of localizations in key countries.

Seyfor was chosen as an implementation partner thanks to many years of experience in similar projects and a number of references. Infor LN was gradually implemented in the areas of finance, logistics and production management. An integrated Seyfor Mobility Warehousing mobile solution was deployed for online monitoring of warehouse transactions.

With constantly increasing production, production and warehouse workers do not waste time searching for missing parts. On-line monitoring of material flows means that the stock levels maintained in the system always correspond exactly to reality. Errors when the material was registered at the wrong location are completely eliminated.
